Effective December 6th , the cost of each treatment session will increase by $5.

Sara graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2016. She has a background in exercise science, and completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2013. Sara is certified to perform both neuroanatomical acupuncture and functional dry needling. She has also completed additional training in vestibular rehabilitation, aquatic physiotherapy, and manual therapy.

Sara is passionate about helping people to reduce their pain, manage their injuries or chronic conditions, and get back to activities that they enjoy. She believes in a hands-on approach to treatment, and uses a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, acupuncture, education, and collaboration with clients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals. She has an interest in the field of orthopedics, chronic pain, and vestibular conditions. In her spare time,
