Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and education. With a background in journalism and over 15 years as a certified personal trainer, she excels at clear communication and problem-solving—ensuring employees understand their treatment plans and long-term injury prevention strategies. Currently pursuing her Pilates instructor certification, Tennessa stays at the forefront of evidence-based physiotherapy to provide the best care possible.
